2. Reservations

By booking a tour with Moroccodiscovering (referred to in these conditions as “we” or “us”), you agree to these conditions on behalf of yourself and all other persons using our services pursuant to your booking.

3. Booking Procedures & Payments

1.Booking Confirmation: Once you agree on the quoted itinerary and price, we will provide a detailed itinerary and invoice with payment details. Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of a 20% deposit of the total invoice amount.

2.Payment Methods: We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and bank transfer.

3.Payment Timing:

Private Tours, Day Trips, and Activities: The remaining balance is payable locally to our staff in Euros, US Dollars, UK Sterling, or Moroccan Dirhams. Credit card or PayPal payments onsite incur a 5% processing fee.
Shared Tours and Activities: The remaining balance is payable onsite prior to departure in Euros, US Dollars, UK Sterling, or Moroccan Dirhams. Credit card or PayPal payments prior to arrival incur 20% VAT + 5% processing fees.

4. Changes to Your Booking
We will make every effort to accommodate changes to your booking without additional charges. However, changes requested within 15 days of your trip’s start date may not be feasible. Please contact us as soon as possible and confirm your
request in writing. If changes cannot be made, you may proceed with your original booking or cancel and pay applicable cancellation fees (see below).

5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be notified in writing. Cancellation charges depend on the notice period:

Private Tours:
•More than 7 days: Full deposit refunded.
•Less than 7 days: Deposit retained as a cancellation fee.
Shared Tours:
•More than 4 days: Full deposit refunded.
•Less than 4 days: Deposit retained as a cancellation fee.
Private Day Trips & Activities:
•More than 4 days: Full deposit refunded.
•Less than 4 days: Deposit retained as a cancellation fee.
Shared Day Trips & Activities:
•More than 2 days: Full deposit refunded.
•Less than 2 days: Deposit retained as a cancellation fee.

6. Unforeseen Circumstances
We reserve the right to cancel your tour due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, riots, terrorism, adverse weather, or other events beyond our control. In such cases, we will refund all payments made, including the deposit, but will not be liable for additional compensation.

7. Special Requests
Any special requirements (dietary, medical, wheelchair assistance, etc.) must be provided in writing before booking. We will share this information with relevant vendors to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. If we cannot accommodate your request, we will notify you before confirming your booking.

8. Child Policy
For the comfort of all guests, children under 12 are not permitted on shared desert tours and day trips. However, they are welcome on private tours and half-day shared activities (e.g., camel rides, quad biking). If a child’s age is misrepresented at booking, we reserve the right to deny service without refund.

9. Insurance
We do not provide travel insurance. It is your responsibility to obtain appropriate insurance covering illness, cancellation, baggage loss, delays, and other risks.

10. Our Responsibility
We accept liability if any part of your travel arrangements is not as described or fails to meet a reasonable standard. Compensation is limited to the amount paid for the affected portion of the trip, provided the issue was due to our fault or that of our vendors. We are not liable for personal injury, illness, damage, death, or loss during your trip.

11. Travel Documentation
You are responsible for ensuring you have valid travel documents, including a passport valid for at least 6 months from your entry date. Visa requirements are your sole responsibility.

12. Privacy & Confidentiality
We take full responsibility for securing your personal and confidential information. Your data is used to make reservations with hotels and third-party vendors. Dietary, medical, or disability information is shared with relevant vendors to ensure your safety and comfort. By booking with us, you consent to this information being shared as necessary.

13. Complaints
If you are unsatisfied with our services, please immediately contact your driver, guide, or hotel to resolve the issue. If this is not possible, contact us:
